# Tại sao AI phản hồi rất chậm hoặc không phản hồi?

Các yêu cầu phức tạp có sự kết hợp giữa Tìm kiếm Web + Library + model cao luôn cần nhiều thời gian để xử lý hơn. Bạn vui lòng chờ thêm từ 30-60 giây trước khi thử lại.

Nếu kết nối mạng không ổn định, hãy làm mới trang và tạo lại.

Đối với các dự án có nhiều tài liệu dung lượng lớn, hệ thống buộc phải đọc toàn bộ trước khi bắt đầu viết nên thời gian chờ sẽ dài hơn.

Nếu AI hoàn toàn không phản hồi quá 2 phút dù mạng ổn định và đã thử lại nhiều lần, hãy nhấn F5 để tải lại trang. Toàn bộ nội dung trên Canvas được lưu tự động, vì vậy bạn sẽ không bị mất dữ liệu.
