# Tôi không có nhu cầu sử dụng nữa. Tôi có thể yêu cầu hoàn tiền không?

Hiện tại, MistWriter chưa có chính sách hoàn tiền cho các sản phẩm đã đăng ký thành công. Nếu bạn đang gặp khó khăn hoặc lỗi trong quá trình sử dụng, bạn hãy chuẩn bị các thông tin sau và báo lỗi để đội ngũ kỹ thuật kiểm tra nhé:

* Mô tả chi tiết vấn đề bạn đang gặp phải.
* Video quay lại quá trình lỗi để đội ngũ có thể quan sát trực quan nhất.
* Email của tài khoản bạn đang sử dụng.

Ngoài ra, nếu bạn gặp khó khăn trong việc tạo nội dung hoặc không viết được, bạn hãy kiểm tra xem bạn đã tạo dàn ý chưa nhé. MistWriter cần dàn ý để phân tích và viết nội dung phù hợp nhất với đề tài của bạn.
