### Hướng dẫn xử lý khi hệ thống gặp lỗi hoặc không phản hồi

Nếu bạn gặp hiện tượng mất dữ liệu, AI không phản hồi, trang trắng hoặc không thể thao tác trên vùng soạn thảo, phần lớn nguyên nhân xuất phát từ xung đột trình duyệt hoặc đường truyền mạng. Hãy thử xử lý nhanh theo các bước sau trước khi kết luận là lỗi hệ thống:

#### Bước 1: Các biện pháp khắc phục nhanh

* Tải lại trang (Reload): Nhấn F5 để làm mới lại phiên làm việc. Nội dung trên Canvas được lưu tự động nên bạn không cần lo bị mất dữ liệu.
* Xóa cache trình duyệt: Vào mục Cài đặt → Quyền riêng tư → Xóa dữ liệu duyệt web (Xóa cache và cookie), sau đó thử lại.
* Thay đổi trình duyệt: Nếu đang dùng Chrome, hãy thử chuyển sang Edge, Firefox hoặc Safari để xác định xem lỗi có phải do trình duyệt hiện tại chặn cookie/tiện ích mở rộng hay không.
* Thay đổi kết nối mạng: Thử chuyển sang một mạng Wifi khác hoặc kết nối qua mạng 4G/5G cá nhân. Đôi khi mạng Wifi công cộng hoặc mạng văn phòng chặn các cổng kết nối của AI.
* Đăng xuất và đăng nhập lại: Nhấn vào ảnh đại diện, chọn đăng xuất, sau đó tiến hành đăng nhập lại để làm mới phiên tài khoản Google của bạn.

#### Bước 2: Gửi yêu cầu hỗ trợ tới đội ngũ MistWriter
