# Yêu cầu hỗ trợ, báo lỗi

Trong quá trình sử dụng MistWriter, nếu gặp sự cố hoặc cần hỗ trợ, bạn có thể sử dụng biểu tượng cờ Báo lỗi được hiển thị tại các khu vực chức năng trong hệ thống.

Khi gửi yêu cầu, vui lòng mô tả rõ vấn đề đang gặp phải và cung cấp thêm hình ảnh, video hoặc thông tin liên quan nếu có để bộ phận hỗ trợ dễ dàng kiểm tra và xử lý.

Trước khi gửi báo lỗi, bạn nên thử một số thao tác cơ bản sau để loại trừ các lỗi tạm thời:

* Tải lại trang và thử thực hiện lại thao tác.
* Đăng xuất và đăng nhập lại tài khoản MistWriter.
* Kiểm tra kết nối mạng để đảm bảo đường truyền ổn định.

Nếu sau khi thực hiện các bước trên mà lỗi vẫn còn, bạn có thể gửi yêu cầu hỗ trợ để bộ phận kỹ thuật kiểm tra thêm.

Sau khi gửi yêu cầu, bạn có thể theo dõi các ticket báo lỗi trong mục Thông báo. Tại đây, bạn có thể xem trạng thái xử lý của từng ticket và mở chi tiết để kiểm tra thông tin đã gửi.
